We have had another busy yet fun week in class.  I am so proud of all of my students.  They are getting the routines of the classroom.  Everyone made gains on their sight word lists.  Remember, if your child is getting frustrated practicing 5 times stop and give them a break.  Don’t work any longer than 5 minutes.  You can also make a game out of learning the sight words.  Write a word on the bathroom mirror with soap so they see it as they brush their teeth.  Let them write a word with sidewalk chalk and squirt it off one letter at a time.  If you need some ideas for practice let me know.  Thank you again for all of your support.
